While at Alert Level 3, we continue to be restricted to providing urgent and emergency care only. All the same protocols as Level 4 still apply.


Once we are in Alert Level 2, we will be able to recommence routine dental care. To keep patients and staff safe we will continue to follow the latest Department of Health Guidelines on infection prevention and control.

While at Alert Level 4 we are restricted to providing only urgent and emergency dental care.


We will be contacting patients to cancel existing appointments booked during the Alert Level 4 lockdown period. We will reschedule appointments as soon as we move to Alert Level 2 or lower.


If you are an existing patient and have a dental emergency, please call 04 472 3510 during working hours (8am-5pm Monday- Friday), or 021 895 835 after hours.

We have unfortunately returned to our COVID-19 Alert Level 2 protocols. We are doing all we can to follow the country's leadership, the Ministry of Health guidelines, limit community spread and keep us all safe.

We are settling into life under Alert Level 1 but we are still living in a world grappling with a global pandemic. We want to reassure everyone that while it is almost business as usual, we are remaining vigilant, keeping our guard up and keeping everyone safe.
